The Doogee S98 will feature two screens, and a night vision camera
In addition to the main display, this device will have a round display on the back, as you can see below. Doogee says that the phone will be mainly used to check the time, control music, check the battery status, and so on. As you can see, the entire back design of this phone will be quite interesting. It almost seems as there’s leather on the back of it, but it’s possible that will be metal or something of the sort. The looks of it sure is different.
The phone will feature a 6.3-inch fullHD+ LCD display, which will be protected by Corning’s Gorilla Glass. A hole punch will be included on the front, and will host a 16-megapixel selfie camera. The MediaTek Helio G96 SoC will fuel the phone, and will be clocked at 2.05GHz. Doogee will also include 8GB of RAM inside of the phone, along with 256GB of storage. You will be able to expand its storage via a microSD card.
Three cameras will sit on the back of this phone
On the back, you’ll be able to find three cameras. A 64-megapixel main camera will be backed by a 20-megapixel Night VIsion camera, and an 8-megapixel ultrawide camera. An infrared light will sit on the back as well.
A 6,000mAh battery is also mentioned, and it will support 33W fast wired charging. 15W wireless charging will also be a part of the package, as will Android 12. Doogee promises 3 years of updates for the phone. The Doogee S98 will be a rugged phone, it will be IP68/IP69K certified for water and dust resistance. It will also be MIL-STD-810G certified, which means it will be able to take a hit. An NFC chip will also be a part of the package, and the same goes for a side-facing fingerprint scanner. Doogee is also running a giveaway on its official website, check it out, if you want.
