The first OPPO flip phone is coming, and its specs just surfaced
He claims that the device will feature a 6.8-inch fullHD+ (2520 x 1080) main, foldable display. There will be a second display on the outside, and that panel will measure 3.26 inches. So it will be considerably larger than the cover display on the Galaxy Z Flip 4 (1.9 inches). Both of those displays will be OLED panels. A 4,300mAh battery is also mentioned, along with some camera info. You can expect to get a 50-megapixel main camera (Sony’s IMX766 sensor), along with an 8-megapixel ultrawide camera (Sony’s IMX355 sensor) on the back. A 32-megapixel selfie camera (Sony’s IMX709 sensor) will also be a part of the package. That’s basically everything the tipster shared. This handset will become the company’s first clamshell foldable smartphone. OPPO is expected to announce another foldable this year, though.
The OPPO Find N2 is also on its way, and it may launch globally
The OPPO Find N was announced in December last year, and its successor is coming. The Find N managed to get a lot of attention, despite the fact it launched in China only. It’s a real shame that OPPO didn’t release a global variant. There are some rumors that both of these smartphones will be launched in global markets, though. So we may finally be getting both form factors in various markets, including Europe. We didn’t really see any legit design leaks of any of these two phones. Those are expected to start arriving soon. OPPO will most likely announce both phones in China first, and the global launch may follow later on, if there are any plans to launch them globally.
