The Motorola Edge 2022 ships with Android 12, and has a 144Hz display
The MediaTek Dimensity 1050 6nm SoC fuels this phone, which is an interesting choice by Motorola. The phone includes 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. Android 12 comes pre-installed with MyUX. A 6.6-inch fullHD+ OLED display is included, and it’s a 144Hz panel. This display does support HDR10+ content, and it’s a 10-bit panel. A 50-megapixel main camera (f/1.8 aperture, Quad Pixel Technology, OIS) sits on the back. That camera is backed by a 13-megapixel ultrawide camera (f/1.5 aperture) which supports macro mode. A 2-megapixel depth camera (f/2.4 aperture) is also a part of the package.
On the front, you’ll find a 32-megapixel selfie camera (f/2.25, Quad Pixel Technology). An in-display fingerprint scanner is included in this package as well, an optical one.

The phone has stereo speakers, and three microphones. A 5,000mAh battery is included on the inside, and the device supports 30W TurboPower wired charging. 15W wireless charging is also supported, as is 5W reverse wireless charging. The Motorola Edge 2022 is IP52 certified, which means it’s water resistant to a degree. It supports 5G (sub-6 + mmWave), and the same goes for Wi-Fi 6E 802.11ax (2.4GHz/5GHz). Bluetooth 5.2 is also included in the package.
