The Galaxy S22 design gets revealed by CAD-based renders The Galaxy S22 will be considerably smaller than the S22 Ultra, as expected. It will also be more curved, in regards to its corners. Samsung, for whatever reason, opted to make the S22 Ultra more rectangular in shape. This could actually have something to do with the fact it will become a spiritual successor of the Note lineup. The Galaxy Note 20 had sharp corners, so… maybe that’s why....

The Galaxy Z Fold 3 is the most premium flagship smartphone in Samsung’s lineup, for now. With Samsung opting not to release a Galaxy Note smartphone this year. It’s between this and the Galaxy S21 series. With the new Galaxy Z Fold 3, Samsung didn’t redesign it that much, but instead introduced a bunch of relatively iterative changes. Samsung may be looking to make custom chipsets for Galaxy devices You might be already familiar with Samsung’s Exynos troubles. It has struggled to match the performance of competing solutions from Qualcomm in recent years, at least in the flagship segment. The research firm uncovered the security vulnerability during what it calls the Kryptowire Mobile Application Security Testing (MAST). The test found that this vulnerability permitted local apps “to mimic system-level activity and ‘hijack’ critical protected functionality,” Kryptowire said. After gaining access to the device in this fashion, the attacker could theoretically carry out a factory reset, remove/install apps, or even make phone calls. This vulnerability also allows the attacker to weaken HTTPS security via weaker root certificates....
