The folks over at T-Mo Report have accessed a document detailing T-Mobile’s plans to provide a 15-day full refund for new customers signing up for the Home Internet service. If you cancel your Home Internet service within 15 days, T-Mobile will issue the complete refund in the form of a bill credit. The promotion is valid from January 27. T-Mobile wants customers to take this opportunity to try out the service without fear of paying out the entire month’s fee....

According to the new report, TCL is aiming to secure 36.5 million TV panels this year. LG, on the other hand, is planning to secure around 34.3 million panels. These numbers respectively mark an increase of 12.7 percent (from 32.4 million) and 4 four percent (from 33 million) from last year. Of course, not all of the secured panels will translate to final sales. But if the sales are in proportion to the number of panels secured, TCL should marginally beat LG in the number of TVs sold this year....

According to The Washington Post, the agency will receive 5,000 licenses for Babel X, with the contract officially beginning on March 30. The FBI will reportedly shell out roughly $5 million in the first year of the contract.
