The OPPO Find X6 Pro will include a powerful camera system, which just got detailed
Previously, a well-known tipster known as Digital Chat Station, said that the phone will include three 50-megapixel cameras, and that the main one will include a 1-inch sensor from Sony. That being said, the tipster is now back with more info. The OPPO Find X6 Pro will feature a 50-megapixel main camera with the Sony IMX989 sensor from Sony. That is a 1-inch camera sensor used in the Xiaomi 12S Ultra and Vivo X90 Pro+. We’re also looking at an f/1.8 aperture here, with a 7P lens, and OIS support. The focal length on this camera will be a 23mm equivalent. In regards to the ultrawide camera, we’re looking at a 50-megapixel camera, with Sony’s IMX890 sensor. This same sensor is used for the main camera on the OPPO Find N2, but with a different lens. This 1/1.56-inch sensor will be placed behind an f/2.2 lens. The third camera on the back will be a 50-megapixel Sony IMX766 or IMX890 unit. Either way, that camera will offer a 3x optical zoom, and we’re looking at a 64mm equivalent focal length. This camera will also offer OIS support, and we’re looking at an aperture of f/2.6. The tipster claims that a selfie camera will be a 32-megapixel unit, Sony’s IMX709 sensor will be included. That selfie camera actually did really well in the OPPO Reno 7, so it’s probably not a bad choice by OPPO.
Our expectations are quite high following what the Find X5 Pro delivered
That’s basically everything that Digital Chat Station shared. The OPPO Find X5 Pro turned out to be a truly compelling smartphone, with an excellent camera setup and performance. So, we do have high hopes for its successor. It is worth noting that the Hasselblad branding and expertise will back this smartphone, and its cameras. The OPPO Find X6 Pro will likely launch in the first quarter of next year. The OPPO Find X5 Pro launched in February this year.
