And to be honest, it looks like a Galaxy S21 Ultra and a Galaxy Note 10 had a baby. Why do we say it looks like a Note 10? Well, it has the flat top and bottom like the Note 10 had. With the sides being curved. Now what’s different here is that the cameras all have their own cut out. It does appear to still have a curved display though.
It has a S Pen slot!
Perhaps the best part of this leak is that there is actually a silo for the S Pen this time around. Unlike when the Galaxy S21 Ultra came out earlier this year, and you had to either carry the S Pen separately, or get a very wide case for the S Pen to be carried in. The S Pen silo is on the left side of the phone. We’ve seen Samsung use it on both the left and right sides in the past. So that’s not a huge deal. On the backside, the camera array hasn’t really been updated. It still has a 108-megapixel main camera, 12-megapixel ultra-wide, 10-megapixel 3x telephoto and a 10-megapixel 10x telephoto lens. Which, honestly, that is fine. The camera array was fine on the S21 Ultra, hopefully the software improves that main sensor though. If the leaks are correct on the Galaxy S22 Ultra, this could end up being the best phone of 2022. Which is a bit crazy to say… in 2021. But this would mean that Samsung has fixed many of the issues that we’ve complained about with the S21 series.
